Alara Logistics, a boutique logistics company, approached me in a time-sensitive situation. After months of dissatisfaction with a previous web designer, they needed a high-quality website delivered within a month to meet the immovable deadline of an upcoming tradeshow.

The Process

1. Initial Discovery & Research: Conducted a crash-course meeting with the client to extract as much detail as possible about their brand, audience, and goals. Identified key website requirements, focusing on showcasing their logistics expertise and driving engagement.
2. Team Coordination: Assembled a talented team of a frontend developer and creative collaborators. Delegated tasks to maximize efficiency and meet the tight deadline.
3. Design & Creative Direction: Designed all web pages using an iterative process to ensure clarity and alignment with the brand. Focused on creating a modern, professional aesthetic to enhance credibility and trustworthiness.
4. Copywriting: Wrote all website copy to clearly communicate Alara Logistics' services and value proposition. Simplified complex logistics terminology for accessibility to a broader audience.
5. Development & Delivery: Worked closely with the frontend developer to ensure seamless functionality and responsiveness across devices. Delivered the finished product on time, with ample time for tradeshow preparation.
